What should I wear?
Munoz photography offers a complimentary style guide for the White Label sessions, customized for your family. Let us take the stress out of choosing the right outfits, take advantage of our stylist after scheduling your photography session.
For Black Label sessions, we recommend wearing formal cocktail attire, with solid darker colors.
Where is your studio located?
Our address is 664 W Oakland Park Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311.
We are located a quarter mile east of I-95 on Oakland Park Blvd, on the south side of the road.
How long until I see my photos?
Within 15 minutes of completing your session, your images will be ready to be viewed by you and your family in one of our private viewing galleries.
What types of products are available and what are the package prices?
We offer various types of products, from individual prints, wall art, holiday cards, photo albums and more... Our portrait packages begin at $290 with individual prints starting at $25. A copy of our extensive price-list can be emailed upon request.
Can I purchase the digital files or must we purchase prints?
We provide social media digital files with any print purchased. However, we also have the option to purchase the digital files alone as well.
How long till I receive my ordered prints?
Most orders will be received within 1 week of being placed with the exclusion of specialty products, such as albums and will be directly shipped to your home or the location of your choice.
Can I do both the Black Label & White Label session on the same day?
Please contact our studio to book both sessions for we must reserve extra time for your family to change outifts.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any appointments that must be cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours can be done with no additional charge.
Unfortunately, no refunds can be given if an appointment is cancelled with that window.
What is the deadline to book to guarantee Holiday cards are received in time?
We recommend booking your session as soon as possible due to the limited availability. Holiday cards will be received within 1 week of placing your order.
