A February Wedding at The Addison
Rachel Gopichand and Trevor Eisenberg were married on February 1, 2025, at The Addison in Boca Raton. Theirs was a long day by design — coverage opened at noon and ran as late as 11:30 PM — and it moved across three locations before settling at the venue for the evening. February is arguably the best month of the year to get married in South Florida, and Rachel and Trevor's timeline used the season well, with an outdoor first look at 3:30 PM and a ceremony at 5:00 that landed right as the light started to turn. John Fusco photographed the day.
Two Separate Getting-Ready Locations
Coverage began at 12:00 PM with Trevor and his groomsmen at a Boca Raton hotel, then moved at 12:45 to a private residence, where Rachel's bridal preparation started at 1:15. Two full hours of bridal coverage is generous, and it shows in the resulting images: there's room for the dress, the details, the family moments, and the unhurried in-between that gets cut when the window is tight. Bombshell Makeovers handled hair and makeup, and Rachel's gown came from Boca Raton Bridal. At 3:15 everyone made the move to The Addison.
A First Look Under the Banyans
Rachel and Trevor shared their first look at 3:30 PM at The Addison, immediately on arrival. The venue's banyan courtyard is the most requested backdrop on the property and one of the most distinctive in South Florida — a century-old canopy that turns an ordinary portrait into something specific to this venue. Bridal party, family, and couple's creatives followed at 3:45, running until a 4:40 freshen-up. That gave nearly an hour of portrait time in genuinely good late-afternoon light, before the ceremony took over the schedule.
A Detail Worth Noting
One of Rachel and Trevor's more memorable choices: Rachel's brother stood as her Man of Honor. It's the kind of decision that quietly reshapes a wedding party and, from a coverage standpoint, the kind of thing worth knowing well in advance — it changes the family portrait groupings, the processional, and where to be standing during the toasts. Weddings work best when the people closest to the couple are actually the people standing next to them, regardless of what the traditional configuration says.
The Ceremony
The ceremony began at 5:00 PM. A 5:00 ceremony in early February puts the recessional right at the edge of the best light of the day, which is exactly why additional creatives were scheduled immediately afterward at 5:30 rather than pushed to the reception. That half hour after a ceremony — couple still in the moment, light at its warmest — consistently produces some of the strongest images of any wedding day, and building it into the timeline rather than hoping to steal it later is the difference between getting those frames and not.
Décor, Reveal, and Reception
Décor and room reveal came at 6:00 PM, with Dalsimer's floral and décor work setting the tone for the reception space. Dalsimer is a name that comes up repeatedly on our South Florida weddings, and their work at The Addison in particular tends to complement the venue's architecture rather than paper over it. The reception opened at 6:30 with Custom DJs on entertainment, running through a 9:00 PM outfit change and on to a late finish somewhere between 10:30 and 11:30. Muñoz handled video coverage in-house alongside the photography.
A Long Timeline, Well Spent
Coverage that runs eleven hours is unusual, and it isn't the right call for every couple — but when a day genuinely has that much in it, cutting coverage short is the thing people regret. Rachel and Trevor's schedule had two separate prep locations, a full portrait block, a ceremony, a reception, an outfit change, and a late-night finish. Booking coverage that spanned all of it meant the gallery tells the whole story rather than stopping at dinner.
Vendor Team
Rachel and Trevor's wedding came together with The Addison as both venue and caterer, Dalsimer on florals and décor, Custom DJs on entertainment, Bombshell Makeovers on hair and makeup, and Boca Raton Bridal on the gown, with Muñoz Photography handling both photography and video. John Fusco was behind the camera for the day.
Why We Love Shooting at The Addison
The Addison keeps earning its place as one of our most-recommended Boca Raton venues: banyan trees that don't exist anywhere else, enough distinct backdrops to carry an eleven-hour day without repeating yourself, and an in-house team that keeps the logistics manageable. If you're planning a Boca Raton wedding and The Addison is on your list, Rachel and Trevor's day is a good look at what a full timeline there can look like.
