Yaroslava & Kevin's Three-Venue South Florida Wedding

A Three-Venue South Florida Wedding
Yaroslava Polischuk and Kevin Stone were married in South Florida, and their wedding day is one of the more ambitious multi-location shoots we've done: three landmark venues in a single day, moving from The Biltmore to Vizcaya and finally to The Addison for the ceremony and reception. Each of these venues has its own distinct architectural character, and stringing all three together in one timeline gave Yaroslava and Kevin's gallery a visual range that a single-location wedding simply can't match.

Getting Ready at The Biltmore
The day started early at The Biltmore, with bride details beginning at 9:45 AM, groom coverage at 10:00, and bride coverage following at 10:30. The Biltmore's grand, historic architecture made for a striking backdrop even during the earliest, quietest parts of the morning, well before the more formal portraits and ceremony later in the day.

First Look and Creatives at The Biltmore
At 11:30 AM, Yaroslava and Kevin shared their first look and early creative portraits, still at The Biltmore, taking advantage of the venue's columns, courtyards, and classic Mediterranean Revival architecture. This early portrait window set the tone for a day built around varied, intentional locations rather than staying in one place, and by 12:30 PM the entire day and team were in transit to the second location of the day.

Bridal Party Portraits at Vizcaya
By 1:00 PM, the bridal party had arrived at Vizcaya for group portraits, followed by additional bride and groom coverage at 1:30. Vizcaya's Italian Renaissance-style gardens and waterfront setting on Biscayne Bay offer a completely different visual language than The Biltmore, and the switch between the two venues within the same day gave the portrait session a genuinely varied, editorial feel rarely possible on a single-venue wedding day.
Arriving at The Addison
At 2:30 PM, the day shifted one last time, moving to The Addison for the rest of the celebration. Additional bride and groom coverage continued at 4:00 PM, followed by a freshen-up at 4:30 ahead of the ceremony. The couple specifically requested family portraits with and without significant others, along with separate portraits for individual friend groups during cocktail hour—small details that ensured everyone who mattered to Yaroslava and Kevin was properly represented in the final gallery.

Ceremony and Reception
The ceremony took place at 5:30 PM at The Addison, followed by family portraits at 6:00 and decor and room reveal at 6:30, giving guests their first look at the transformed reception space with florals from Dalsimer setting the tone for the room. The reception kicked off at 7:00 PM, with Custom DJs keeping the dance floor full and the night moving right through to the 10:00 PM end of coverage.

Vendor Team
Yaroslava and Kevin's wedding came together with The Addison serving as the final venue and caterer, Dalsimer on florals, Bells & Whistles capturing additional video coverage, Custom DJs running the reception, and Nikki Peglow on beauty. Coordinating a wedding across three separate venues in one day takes real logistical precision, and this vendor team pulled it off without a hitch.
Why We Love a Multi-Venue Wedding Day
Not every couple wants — or needs — a single-location wedding, and Yaroslava and Kevin's day is a great example of what's possible when a couple is willing to build a more ambitious timeline. The Biltmore, Vizcaya, and The Addison each brought something completely different to the final gallery, and if you're considering combining multiple South Florida venues into one wedding day, this is exactly the kind of result that approach can produce.
